Meet Our Team
Aiko Tanaka
CEO & Founder
Aiko is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in the Japanese tech industry. Prior to founding Japan Startup Navigator, she led several successful startups in the fields of AI and robotics. Kenji Sato
Chief Technology Officer
Kenji is a highly skilled software engineer and technology strategist. He has a proven track record of building scalable and innovative platforms. Sakura Yamada
Head of Mentorship Programs
Sakura is a dedicated mentor and community builder with a deep understanding of the Japanese startup ecosystem. She has extensive experience in connecting entrepreneurs with experienced mentors and resources. Hiroshi Nakamura
Head of Investor Relations
Hiroshi is a seasoned investment professional with over 20 years of experience in venture capital and private equity. He has a strong network of relationships with leading investors in Japan and internationally. Prior to joining Japan Startup Navigator, Hiroshi worked at Mitsubishi UFJ Capital and JAFCO.
